Washington State University's code of conduct order WAC 504-26-301 states that "If a student is found responsible for violating any provision of the standards of conduct for students as a result of causing injury to another or to another's property, or as a result of placing another in reasonable fear of injury to self or property, and if the responsible student is found to have intentionally selected the victim based upon the responsible student's perception of the victim's race, color, religion, ancestry, national or ethnic origin, age, gender, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or mental, physical, or sensory disability, such finding is considered an aggravating factor in determining a sanction for such conduct."

If Washington State truly believes this, then they will expel James Allsup and revoke any awards, certificates, and degrees that he has earned.

James Allsup is the Campus Ambassador Program Director for the Students for Trump group on campus. James Allsup is also a white supremacist, a Nazi. He made that clear when he allowed himself to be photographed at a rally in Charlottesville, Virgina on August 11, 2017. Allsup is clearly an angry child who thinks that his skin color makes himself somehow superior to others. This is clearly not an individual with the ability to think analytical or work at the college level.

White supremacy does not celebrate diversity and it is therefore not a part of a diverse group. It is not another viewpoint that can be valued or reasoned with. It has no place in an accredited university. Allsup needs to be expelled from the university and should not be allowed on campus if Washington State University cares about it's students.
