Claudia Rodriquez was told her beloved GSD had taken the life of another dog when she had gotten loose, that there were pictures to prove this allegation, (So far a picture has not been seen) that it would be best if she signed her dog over to the ACO.  She was told she could go to trial but that she would probably lose and it would cost her money. The dog has never shown such behavior of any kind, the family has many pictures of their own with her with other animals, children all around her crawling all over her without such snarl.  This person with a language barrier, living an area unable to communicate properly being bullied believed the ACO/Shelter personal but now finds out that her dog faces death for something we really don't know to be true.  She hasn't been offered the right to have a trial or fight for her dog that she knows would not do what she has been accused of. 

Call the town officials, I wasn't able to find all of their information is such short notice. Call the shelter to plea for this family, this poor pup.
