Elya Baskin portrayed Peter Parker's money hungry landlord in Spider-man 2 and Spider-man 3. His character was well written and was of brilliant comedic relief. Bringing him back for a part or a cameo will greatly impact those who have a love for the former Spider-Man movies. This would be a greatly welcomed cameo appearance for fans and cinema goers alike.
