Whether you like Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, or Tom Holland the best, I’m asking my fellow Web-Heads and Wall-Crawlers of all kind to stand with me when I say that Sony should NOT cut Spider-Man out of the MCU. According to CNBC.com, “Spider-Man: Far From Home earned $1.005 billion globally in its first 24 days in theaters,” making it both the highest-grossing Spider-Man film AND the highest-grossing Sony film of all time. However, despite its worldwide success, the two studios were unable to reach terms of agreement over a financial dispute, thus eliminating the possibility for Kevin Feige to produce any more Spider-Man movies. You, true believer, can make a difference by signing this petition to not cut Spider-Man out of the MCU.
