I believe that increasing the size of the noodle packages for the Maruchan company is both an effective marketing strategy and a great way to reduce wasted product. One package of noodles does not satisfy the average consumer, whilst two is too much. By increasing the size of the package by fifty percent, we can satisfy both the hunger of the consumer, and the decrease the amount of wasted product.
