The Maruchan factory on Laguna Canyon Road in Irvine has been the source of nightly construction noise for several years. This happens every night between 10 pm and 7 am, in spite of the City’s noise regulations and disrupts the quietness and sleep of residents in the surrounding area.

We ask Maruchan to be mindful neighbors and respect noise regulations, by taking measures to end business-related noise after 10 pm and on weekends. We also ask the City Council to enforce the noise regulations it created.
