This petition focuses on the issue of cosmetics testing on animals and specifically, The Humane Cosmetics Act that was recently just brought to Congress in 2015. This act fights to stop cosmetics testing on animals in the industry and also prevents the selling and distribution of products that do test on animals. Many people across America have animals and pets of their own. So, imagine if that was your own animal being tested on! These animals deserve a better life than being the subject of an experiment for these cosmetics companies.
