Mr. Sprouts does not exhibit the character worthy of leading our youth at the trusted and beloved East End Community Center in Uniontown Pennsylvania. Their Executive Committee and Board of Directors should remove him from any association with the center. Here are just a few reason's why:

> Currently under investigation for Mental Anquish and Wrongful Eviction

> June 10th, 2010: The Department of Education ordered that the professional teaching certification issued to Marlin Sprouts, Jr. shall be REVOKED

> March 4th, 2009: Convicted of conspiracy to commit mortgage fraud, and sentenced to three years of probation. Ordered to pay nearly $700,000 in restitution.

> 2009: Removed from his positions as Uniontown PA's Director of Accounts and Finance, Director of Public Safety, and encouraged to resign his seat as a City Councilman.
