Doctor Mark L Zukowski is a surgeon in the greater Chicago area who has garned a reputation for mistreating his transgender patients. Recently Dr. Zukowski has filed a cowardly SLAPP suit against one of his low income patients who have no financial and legal means to defend themself. 

"SLAPP is an acronym for a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation. The term was coined in the 1980’s by two University of Denver professors, George Pring and Penelope Canan, who co-authored SLAPPS: Getting Sued for Speaking Out.

At its most basic definition, a SLAPP suit is a civil complaint or counterclaim filed against people or organizations who speak out on issues of public interest or concern." source: ACLU

 We need to send a clear message to Mark Zukowski and his practice. You cannot punch down upon a marginalized community that you performatively pretend to serve. You will drop the SLAPP suite against your own patient and you will stand down.
