In this instance the Chico PD retaliates against two young women after they recorded an officer performing a DUI arrest earlier in the evening. The women were followed and physically assaulted by Chico Police. Evidence that shows that they were assaulted was taken from one of the victims cell phones and has now gone missing from the Police Department. The victim is also now standing trial in front of a judge that is married to a Chico Police officer.

For too long the police, judges, and district attorneys in Butte County have been working together in matters like this to protect themselves and hide the truth of their treacherousness. It is time that this stops. This is a call for Steve Dyke to be fired from his position as a Chico Police officer.

It is time to shed light on the corruptness of police officers, attorneys, and judges in Butte County.
