Owners of 2016 Ford vehicles equipped with Sync 3 have been continuously ignored. We DEMAND answers!

In January 2016, Ford announced that Android Auto and Apple CarPlay will be making their way to the Ford vehicle lineup. Shortly thereafter, they announced that 2016 vehicle owners will soon be receiving this free update (Version 2.0) to their Sync 3 system.

The update was scheduled to be released during Summer 2016. It has since been postponed to "late 2016". As of this day, December 11th 2016, Ford has provided 2016 vehicle owners with ZERO status updates or an estimated time-frame for release. The lack of communication is a clear indication that the update will, once again, be postponed.

2016 vehicle owners are demanding (at the very least) a progress update on the status of Version 2.0. The lack of communication between Ford and their customers has simply been inexcusable.
