Marina has had lunch passes for multiple years and the new principal took it away without talking about it with the teachers and asking the students opinion. If he wants to slow the spread of covid it would make more sense to let us off campus so we won’t all be together in a small space with no masks. Seniors were already deprived of the last two years and now they are being deprived of a school tradition again! Students used to look forward to the lunch passes and now they are gone. And lots of students don’t want to eat the school provided lunches and the lines are so long you would only have a few minutes to eat once you get your gross school food.
