Because the state appointed receiver did not follow legal procedure in declaring the Marin County Architectural Commission ruling invalid, we the undersigned members of the San Geronimo Valley and West Marin community demand that Supervisor Rodoni uphold the April 7, 2016 decision of the Architectural Commission that the David Hoffman property is a “site of local importance to the history and culture of unincorporated Marin County.”   To not uphold the Architectural Commission ruling means that County officials or outside entities can willfully interfere with legislative procedures of the Marin County government.
