This petition is being organised by an Australian fan dedicated to Mariah Carey. 

The purpose of this petition is to rally support from other Mariah Carey fans, who are known as "lambs," in the hope that she will perform her highly acclaimed Christmas tour in Australia in 2024. Mariah's Christmas tour has spread joy to millions of people across the United States and Europe. By experiencing these performances online, I have been able to connect with hundreds of fellow lambs from around the world and unite in the spirit of Christmas as a community.

These shows are more than just music, production, and dancing. They provide a platform for fans worldwide to come together and feel a sense of belonging during the festive season. This time of year can be stressful and emotional, but attending Mariah Carey's Christmas shows can provide a fun and safe environment where everyone feels included and accepted for who they are.

Mariah's last tours in Australia were the Triumphant Tour in 2013 and the Elusive Chanteuse Tour in 2014. These tours highlighted her incredible stage presence and talent. Mariah's performance was exceptional, and the crowd was ecstatic as she sang her hit songs, including "Emotions", "Always Be My Baby", and "Hero". Mariah displayed her exceptional songwriting skills by performing her deeply emotional songs such as "Close My Eyes". On stage, she bared her heart and soul and used her heavenly voice to take the audience on an emotional journey and make them experience the pain and anguish she had gone through.

In 2024, it marks 10 years since Mariah last performed in Australia, and this year marks the 30th anniversary of Mariah's first Christmas album, "Merry Christmas". This year would be the perfect time for our Queen to return to our stages and perform her spectacular Christmas songs and some of her hits from over the last 34 minutes of her career. It has always been a dream of mine to see Mariah Carey perform live, especially during her Christmas tour. The holiday season is very important to me, but it can also bring up difficult feelings due to family situations over the years.
