This notice affects all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded common stock of HeliosDx as ticker OTCM:RSHN during the period between June 1, 2021 and August 31, 2021, inclusive, and were damaged thereby (the "Class").

The CEO of HeliosDx did knowingly and intentionally release official PR statements that contradicted actions in public and caused the shareholders great financial loss by "pulling the rug" on deals which resulted in heavy shareholder loss and share price devaluation.
