Charis Kids announced it plans to close the doors in June. Local members of the community have compiled a petition pleading with the board of directors for CBCC to reconsider this decision. Charis kids fills a crucial need in our community, reaching families from Nehalem to Warrenton. The excellent early childhood education, superb instructors, and religious education facilitated growth in our coastal community that will be deeply missed if the program shuts its doors. This petition serves as motion to the board pleading to reconsider its closing and to open the dialog of ways the community may help Charis kids remain open.
