Fair Payout Percentage on Contests and Prioritize Repair of Integral Site Features

Fair Payout Percentage on Contests and Prioritize Repair of Integral Site Features
The Issue
ManyVids is a platform built up by its creators, utilizing the fan bases of its many performers to become the video empire of vanilla that it is today. Years ago they added contests to their platform but over the past 4 years it has turned from a fun way to get the community involved and sparking creative content into a way to pressure performers to discount content in order to achieve rank - at a lower price point than they would if they offered incentives for tips instead. The payout percentage of contest votes is still a shocking 60% when tips were bumped up to 80%. Contest votes are not being considered as tips even though realistically they should be.
In addition to this concern - ManyVids has become reliant on their contests to generate their own income. They have swayed their focus from making the site usable and beneficial to only prioritizing their weekly contests to push for more cash. The search function has not worked properly for months, there are frequently problems with uploads and preview generation, and the 2.0 dashboard was less than spectacular. Promised live traffic was never bought. They must be held accountable for neglecting features outside of contests.
