Elderly residents in retirement villages in NSW are having to pay huge exit fees that leave them without funds, whilst retirement village operators line their pockets with ever increasing profits.

This is due to the ambiguity of provisions in the Retirement Villages Act (RVA). The RVRA needs your help to make equitable changes to the Act.
