Hard working Americans should not have to worry about what kind of home they are stuck with after purchasing a manufactured home and finding that there are problems with these new homes. I think that it should be made public notice by the media outlets after so many complaints with a particular building facility.This is not fair for people to be ignored and others are unware because this has not been made public notice.These facilities hide behind the factory doors hoping the problems will go away and its not fair and its not right to the ones who are stuck with the homes trying to figure out what they are going to do about this problem.We have State and Federal laws that are in place to deal with these problems but are minimal carried out unless an attorney is hired.A attorney should not have to be hired to hold these people accountable for poorly built new homes.I believe if we start where the problem lays we will start seeing results.I would like to see the factories answering publicly why the problems are happening.If the product is because of  not being able to get supplies needed at the factories then the public should be made aware of it by news outlets.If it is employees then the public should be made aware that there staffing issues at these factories.If the complaints are because the manufacturing product has been poorly built by the factory and defects have been noted then after the 5th complaint to the factory then they be made to alert all consumers about the complaint problem by media outlet.s And then a visit be made by someone qualified to inspect these factories and the factory remain closed until repairs are made and until all problems are corrected.Then it be made public notice and recorded what the problems were and how they were fixed then to be reported by news media outlets.After the 5th complaint the factories should be put on notice that any complaints going forward about poorly built homes would start carrying substantial fines from there on out.We have to make these factories accountable to their buyers because right now we cannot get any help getting repairs on these homes.It is not important to these people that are building them to make it a priority that the customers' homes are in dire need of repair and shouldnt take months and months to repair.If a home with defects be found( by a state or hired licensed inspector) to be a manufacture home factory built problem with over 50% damage OR the home can not be repaired within 60 days then the home should be replaced no questions.We can not keep be being made paid for these homes that are poorly built by these factories with no accountiblity.This needs to stop !
