Elizabeth Lederer was the lead prosecutor in the Central Park 5 Case where five young boys were illegally coerced into confessing to a rape they did not commit. Elizabeth Lederer assisted Linda Fairstein (who was desperate to advance her career) in hiding and rearranging evidence. I believe this case is a matter of child endangerment and ultimately human trafficking. Elizabeth Lederer is still an assistant prosecutor for the Manhattan district attorney’s office and an adjunct professor at Columbia Law. I believe it is not only an injustice but dangerous to have someone who is willing to blatantly disregard the law to practice or teach it. Please help me in making sure she is forced to resign.
