Pets and stray animals in community be it dogs, cats, cows (male calf), pigs which are community animals, which are accustomed to stay in human society suffer a lot due to human hatred or human fear or negligent behavior of rash driving hurting them physically and mentally. This is not for wild animals or forest animals like monkeys which stay in forest. But socially livable animals and pets too should be given STATUS OF LIVING BEINGS WITH SENSIBILITY IN FAMILY AND COMMUNITY. Registration of each pet, making national ID cards so that if lost they can be tracked back and reunite with thier parents also and also fight for their rights like a company is created but Directors or MDs are authorized to sign for the company. The parents will sign for pets and for community stray the City Mayor or Municipal Head will digitally sign on each ID card and ensure the safety, rights of such animals. Remembering we have encroached in territory of animals hence we are guest and they are host. We need to respect that and given shelter and food to animals around.
