Ban on Dairy Industry in India
Ban on Dairy Industry in India
The Issue
Hi, guys , In today's India Where Animal abuse is at it's Extreme level, We need to help those Who are helpless , Who don't Vote for themselves, The one of horror industry in India is Diary Industry , Dairy industry is so cruel , abusive towards Indian cow's , calf and other Indian cattle's. We need to change Animal rights in India and Ditch Dairy ! Please Urge the Indian government to change Animal rights in India and completely ban on Diary industry .
Please there must be ban on all Dairy product's like Ghee, Milk of Amul, Mother dairy and many more , please share this petition to ban on it.
The cows and buffaloes are kept pregnant every year for 6 to 7 years consecutively via artificial insemination.
As soon as a cow stops yielding milk, she is sent to the slaughterhouse for beef meat.
Most of a cow's day is spent confined to a narrow, filthy stall. Cows are injected with Oxytocin, an illegal drug that causes them to produce unnaturally large quantities of milk and suffer severe stomach cramps as though they were in labor. Cows are impregnated repeatedly. They grieve for every calf they deliver who is ripped away a few days after birth. Cows often develop mastitis – an infection of the udders – from rough handling and rumen acidosis from unwholesome food.
In Mumbai, calves are tightly tethered on short ropes in order to prevent them from reaching their mothers, but in their struggle to get free, they often become entangled in the ropes and strangle themselves. One dairy owner reported that half the calves die shortly after birth.
Cows are beaten into submission and artificially inseminated so that they will keep producing milk. Although this practice should be performed by trained professionals, most cows are repeatedly inseminated by "barefoot healers" who ignore the most basic hygienic standards and use equipment that has not been sterilized, exposing cows to infections and diseases.
Buffaloes in Delhi's main dairy facility stand knee-deep in foul-smelling excrement, suffering from skin infections, foot disease and other illnesses. Garbage is piled up everywhere. Drainage, electricity and designated waste disposal sites are lacking.
Calves are taken from their mothers within 12 to 24 hours of birth. If nature was allowed to take its course—calves would suckle from their mother for several months, even up to a year. Mother cows, like most mammals, have a strong maternal bond.
“These industries pump cows and buffaloes with hormones. Dairy owners medicate animals themselves to save costs, leaving them with injuries and untreated diseases,” There is another myth that Cow's milk is for Oar's but Cow's Milk is for their Calf Not for Humans . It is all Dark Truth of Dairy industry in India .
