After a lot of research and a life altering scene from the anime Aggretsuko, I have decided to make a petition with the hope of going viral: a mandatory retirement age for anyone in government including the three branches. 
This concept can be backed by neurology research that states a person’s mental capacity diminishes and even shrinks by the age of 67. With that in mind, why are people older than that in charge especially with dated beliefs that hurt so many people. Or worse, given access to powerful weapons that can wipe civilizations off the map? 
This is not only a measure that can help with anti-corruption but will ensure new blood can come into politics especially as generational needs change. If implemented, it would ask everyone in all three branches of government 67 or older to step down immediately. We can be generous to those already seated and give a few months to settle affairs while arranging special elections.

I genuinely believe that with this measure, the government can truly understand the people as it will be able to adapt to generational changes instead of a tug of war between the past and future.
