Our dear Gibbs Marina in Rochester, NY, is more than just a dock—it's a sanctuary, a refuge from the world's chaos, and a place where we've made cherished memories with friends and family. In the past year, an influx of responsibility the owner needs to manage has made him take initiative to discontinue the leases to the marina citing upgrades that he was supposed to make 10 years ago. He has continued to neglect this property like he did at Braddock bay. Which he lost. This place brings warmth, family values, and a sense of community. We are requesting with this petition that Steve Gibbs either retract his changes or leave the marina to better hands, management, and ownership.
