Doug Ford must give all Ontario workers paid sick days. This is how we stop the spread of covid-19. The number of people in the workplace who have had covid is now at 8,762 (From January to March). This is 79% of how many people in the workplace got covid all of last year. This shows covid cases from the workplace are drastically increasing. It also shows that quite a lot of covid cases in Ontario are coming from factories and warehouses. 70% of low-income workers do not have paid sick days.  This means that people will go to work even if they are sick in order to feed their families. "What we need is real paid sick leave that allows workers to do what health professionals are telling them to do, which is stay home when they're not feeling well, even if they don't know whether or not it's COVID,” McGowan said. This will stop cases from continuing to rise in Ontario. Paid sick days should be a fundamental human right for all. This is horrible they aren't given especially during the crisis of the covid-19 pandemic.
