The Issue

I've witnessed firsthand the rampant corruption and unethical practices taking place within the Family Service Agency of Michigan. As someone who has caught them red-handed, I can no longer stay silent.

The guardianship and payee services are rife with "double dipping," self-dealing, and misuse of funds. I've seen instances where this agency has accepted millage fees that were not rightfully theirs and where cash has been used to pay for illegal evictions. Furthermore, nepotism is rampant, with immediate family members in management positions, leaving no room for fair practices.

Elderly individuals, who should be protected, are instead exploited by supposed professionals. The abuse of power is further demonstrated by attempts to steal real estate through deception and various fraudulent activities.

These appalling acts demand immediate intervention. A forensic audit is not just necessary, it is imperative to uncover the full extent of these malpractices and hold those responsible accountable. Such an audit should evaluate financial transactions, personnel conduct, and management’s operations to ensure justice and transparency.

By making audits mandatory in all relevant departments, we can protect vulnerable individuals from future exploitation and establish a clear precedent that corruption and abuse will not be tolerated.

Join me in demanding a forensic audit of the Family Service Agency of Michigan. Stand with us to bring integrity and accountability back into guardianship services. Sign the petition now to ensure justice is served and trust is restored.
