As a staff member at a Canadian healthcare institution, I have felt the stress of coming to work due to inadequate parking facilities. Despite having parking fees deducted from our paychecks, we frequently find ourselves without parking spots. This not only adds to our daily stress but also often results in parking tickets for us when we are forced to park in unauthorized areas.

The problem affects not just me and my colleagues but all staff in healthcare institutions across the province.
