The taxpayers work very hard and almost every job nowadays requires drug testing to obtain a job. It is only fair that everyone collecting money which is of course tax-free should be mandated to have drug testing to obtain benefits and also be subject to random screening/testing monthly before receiving such benefits. There are too many people abusing the system, and I'm sure may can testify to the majority of people that are drug-addicted and receiving benefits from the states. I feel that ALL US states should have mandatory testing, I hope everyone, especially fellow tax payers agree with me.
