Make a routine of Daily 2 minute Meditation in schools every morning for Mental Health.

The Issue

I am 19 year old Dhruvi Patel, I am and Indian American. I have PCOS and praticing daily Yoga and Meditation have made a noticeable difference in my mental health, emotional health and wellness over all.
My parents are from India, in our family daily meditation, & yoga plays an important part in beginning our daily life. My parents were educated in India and they always started their day in school with meditation in an assembly with the entire school staff, board members & students. My parents believe this routine can help with mental clarity, relaxation and keeps one calm. Yoga practices have seen a major increase all over USA. It is 5000 years old practice that balances  body, mind and soul. I would like to make 2 minute daily meditation a regular routine in schools in the morning. Prevention is better than cure, doing meditation daily can lower mental stress, emotional stress, help with anxiety and had many benefits that can help our nations children.
