Ian Brady and Myra Hindley are now both rotting in Hell where they belong, but even on his death bed, Brady wouldn't give closure to Keiths family. 

It is believed that the boys body is buried on Saddleworth Moor and police have refused to continue searching unless new evidence came to light. 

Keiths mother passed away without being able to bury her son with dignity, all the while begging Brady to tell her where he was. 

This is to petition the police and government to let this family have closure once and for all and find little Keith.
