We, the undersigned, do hereby pledge to boycott all travel to and shopping in Manatee county until the abuse and neglect of Buck and Bill is corrected.  Manatee County Animal Services is denying access to the dogs to their owner, the dogs are lying in their own excrement, have contracted mange during their stay with the county, along with several other health issues that have arisen since they were taken into custody.  If the owner were allowed to take the dogs home, they would be over 200 miles away and not even be in the county's jurisdiction. The sheriff's department will not launch an investigation into animal cruelty until the case is over, by which time, Buck and Bill will be dead.  If you are as outraged by this abuse of power as I am, avoid Manatee County this winter.  Hit them where it hurts.
