To respected policy makers & leaders that our nation is depending on now,

It is extremely important to be aware that an early and premature decision on loosening our current ongoing MCO may potentially lead to a disaster.We are currently observing and some of us are able to study the deadly impact that this tiny virus had and currently bringing on various nations. A virus doesn't recognise, understand or follow terms that we create be it a "Lockdown" , "Movement Control Order", "State of Emergency" or "Curfew".

The only thing a virus recognises is a host or multiple hosts. And remember if there could be one PATIENT ZERO for every human transmissible virus to begin with - THERE COULD ALWAYS BE A NEW PATIENT UNLESS WE ARE PURELY 100 % SURE OF NO NEW ACTIVE LIVING HOST. And that host could be a 80 years old gentleman with complete respiratory illness manifestation OR a 20 years old athlete with ZERO symptoms --- BOTH ARE EQUALLY POTENTIAL HOSTS.

However , till today the practised social distancing and stay home is maybe a 99 % working out BUT NOT 100 %, this is where we give the virus a 1% chance to infect one host which in turn may lead to a "Back To Square One" scenario. Some among us just doesn't seem t o understand this.Young boys are still 'lepaking' at one corner of their 'Taman', while uncles are still traveling to groceries not to buy necessities but to get beers and cigarettes.

What's worse some have gone to an extend of causing death of young police officers who's safeguarding the nation during roadblocks.Doctors and Nurses have started to experience physical & mental burnouts.Today is day 21 since i last saw my parents, wife & sisters (staying away to avoid risk of infection).

A dedicated policeman were questioned and taken action for caning boys who refused to follow law & order.I'm a doctor and i've been caned probably more than 50 times on various occasions by parents & teachers while growing up for various reasons for my own betterment and others, and i would say probably that made me who i am today. Let us not pretend as though this is not part of our culture and let us not pretend as though we do not know that in our country at times, only this would work especially among the irresponsible young generations.

Are we really going to give in to these small group of stubborn citizens who indirectly may cause another death by ignoring that 1 % chance of infecting themselves or others ? Remember , even 1 life should equally matter for a nation and its government !

In a nutshell , please consider our request for much more tougher MCO measures, much tougher and stricter enforcement and extension of its duration to ensure that we do not give in to that last 1% infecting chance - but of course with proper strategy on bailing and backing small & medium enterprises , and with continuous helping hand to ensure every citizen including the homeless ones receive the actual living necessities.

Let us continue to be an example to all other nations on how to get rid of this virus via our style of disciplining the nation !
