Maszlee Malik's decision to resign and acceptance by Tun is a clear signal that the Pakatan Harapan Govt. is sensitive towards the need to have concrete changes in the quality of our education system.

Haphazard and myopic thinking decisions , by the Education Minister and KPM , has had a reverse effect on the harmonious racial relationship  and thus his lack of stewardship , has resulted in many decisions taken,  being questioned.

Maszlee should have addressed key issues like teaching of STEM in English , recognition of UEC and qouta of intake in public institutions rather than skirmishing with colour of school shoes and etc....

Malaysian public has had high expectation from its Education Minister and Maszlee has failed to meet it...

We wish Maszlee all the best in his future endeavour but definitely politics is not his cup of tea...

Education has been the focal point of the last GE 14 and thus putting an inexperience politican as a minister  , one who has yet to build his credibility as a politician , let alone an able administrator has resulted in this sad episode .

Pakatan Harapan should not be judged  by this event but supported , as it has made the changes required of it and understood the challenges ahead..
