Last school year due to covid we did not have school on Fridays. This helped teachers and students get caught up on work. It also gave teachers more time to plan lessons. Students had less stress because they had a day off. It also gave students a set schedule when it came to the A/B schedule. Multiple students agree that bringing this back would be helpful, but instead of no school it would be a flex day. This means that if there is a Monday holiday than there would be school on that Friday. Ap classes would also be able to come in on Fridays for reviews for their tests. Many different students did so much better in school when we didn’t have school on Fridays.
