Hello I am a student at a PWI (predominantly white institution)  they have bushed under the rug discrimination, sexual harassment.They have tried to be of service but not in the way that gives justice to darker skin women. I am currently at a school in New England where I needed their resources in order to learn how I learn and be successful in college. But while I was there I could never fully access the resources because I was always being micro aggressed sexually harassed and discriminated against. I chose to stay there because I knew that I still needed resources to succeed and still do to learning challenges. But when I do report these incidents on campus they choose to sweep them under the rug.

This a petition to create policies and or laws that give right to black women to be able to get advocacy outside of the school system so that they can have their problems be heard. This is  a petition to help to ensure that nobody takes advantage off vulnerable women of color. This is to ensure that women of color and secure as there white counter parts. 

This would also be benefiting all  of women of color by signing this petition to therefore be able to give them more access to support systems  which will help them have equal footing and protection. to feel   This would give them the flexibility to be able to not tell their families and to be able to receive help in order to create change within the system.
