I got a message from this makeup company saying they would like for me to be on their PR list. I was super excited and I said yes. They have about 11,000 followers on Instagram so I figured they were a legit company. I love supporting smaller makeup brands so I agreed. They gave me my own coupon code and they said that I and four other people had to buy from them to be on their PR list. I said okay. I bought ONE pair of these $20 false eyelashes. I then posted about the brand on my account and listed my coupon code for the brand. I ordered those lashes December 12, 2021. It had almost been a month and I contacted support to see when I was going to receive my order. The tracking number listed that it was in California waiting on a shipping label since December 21, 2021. After I messaged customer support, I haven't heard anything back. Two weeks later, I emailed them again and now I am waiting for a response. I had also contacted the Instagram account that had reached out to me and they never answered. I then posted on my story on January 18, 2022 saying that I think I got scammed by this company. Other makeup artists replied to my story saying that they got scammed too by this company. I had looked at their website and they state that they do not do refunds either. 

It is insanely not fair. I am a broke college student who is financially unstable right now. I cannot afford much things right now, so them stealing from me is just plain awful. Please report this account and share this story. I am really hoping no one else gets scammed by these people. They either need to REFUND people or give everyone what they PAYED for.
