The parks in Darwen including Whitehall, Blacksnape,Ashton and Bold venture have been neglected, meaning the damage done to the equipment has been left to get worse and worse. The equipment is broken and filthy and the surrounding area has also been deteriorating. Not to mention the litter problem. We deserve somewhere to take our children especially given the current circumstances and the children deserve somewhere to play that's safe and accessible. This includes making it accessible for ALL children. Including those with disabilities.

Unfortunately it seems the budget doesn't seem to stretch past Blackburn and Darwen has been left to suffer because of it. This needs to change and once it does the parks need to be maintained in order to prevent this mess from happening again.
