Everyone is impacted by Taco Tuesday in one way or another, The reason Taco Tuesday happens every week is, people love to eat tacos. Tacos make people feel good, it also brings friends and families together, The reason it's on a Tuesday is because it's the beginning of the week, people know that there's still 4 more days until the weekend, eating tacos on a Tuesday is how they make themselves feel  when the weekend comes? They eat tacos on Tuesday to hangout with friends and family and to remind them that the weekend is almost here.

By making Taco Tuesday a national day, every week, it will give people hope, they will know that Taco Tuesday will always be here for them to be with friends and family and they will understand that if they miss a Taco Tuesday, there will be another one the very next week.
