To make State recruitment process a time-bound process like UPSC

The Issue

JOB! A government job is a dream for nearly every middle class family of our country and it should be, as its a basic right of everybody to aspire for a progressive life. And when we talk about a government job, its definitely the first preference of nearly 80% youth of the country.

Let it be the Mukherjee Nagar (Delhi) or Kota (Rajasthan) , every candidate leaves his house in an hope to prepare for the various entrance exams in order to get what he deserve by fighting a tough competition for that ONE elite government job where his parents, and he himself wants him.

We don't have any problem in facing the competition, if someone is more deserving than us, definitely he shouldn't be devoid of accomplishing his dreams, he might have worked hard more than us, but the pain comes to our mind, body, heart and soul, when any XYZ gets ticket to our dream just on the basis of some political background or by the funds of his father's bank account, this is not a tolerable situation.

Every aspirant preparing for the various government job entrance exams worship UPSC as the god, and respect its way of selection procedure and the best part a "time-bound" process which always satisfies a candidate at the end, despite he not making it to the final merit list, and not keeping him in a dilemma regarding his further approach to give it an another try.

On the other hand, if we talk about State Public Service Commissions or State Staff Selection Commissions, we don't have any idea about when the advertisement will come, when the exam will be conducted and when the result will come.We just fill up the forms with a mind set "Ki form toh bhar do yaar, abi toh do teen saal me aayenge interview".

To quote an example, "I am Mohit Lathar, from Haryana, completed a professional diploma in Veterinary Sciences in the year MAY 2013, in a hope of getting a government job and serve the farmer community of my state, the Vacancy advertisement came in June 2013, and in this span of two years, i have filled up the form for the same post 3 times(Vacancies cancelled by new government of the account of increasing partiality), 2 times appeared for the interview and still waiting for the merit list, and all this when the Veterinary hospitals of my state are facing a sever shortage of professionals."

Provision SPSCs and SSSCs were not incorporated by our constitution makers into our constitution to make them a hub of corruption, but the motive behind them was to recruit people of the respective state into government services who are aware about the social and cultural back ground of their society.

Please help me in getting this issue raised to the ears of  our honorable Prime Minister Sh. Narender Modi, so that this can be discussed by him over a platform of all states i.e. NITI Aayog.
