This year, our school district has decided not to provide parents with the full bus routes for students, creating unnecessary stress and safety concerns. As parents, we deserve to know where our child is while traveling on the bus. Without routes, if a child misses their stop, families no longer know where the next stop is to safely meet them. Transparency also allows parents to plan for emergencies, track delays, and ensure accountability. We respectfully urge Trumbull Board of Education and Transportation Department to restore full access to bus routes for parents—our children’s safety and our right to know depend on it.
