I am a mother of 3 wonderful boys 21,16,15. I have a child support order since 1998 and still have not been able to collect for my children. My ex ( non-custodial parent) owes me over $170 thousand in back arrears. This has been an on going process that the child support division whom is suppose to be helping me collect has so many cases they cant keep up, I have had so many different case workers that I cant keep up with there names.. In California where Im located is the worst according to me. My ex has been able to buy a home, duplex and catering service all without having to pay for his children. We as a communtiy need to keep these parents from being able to run there lives without paying. We need to either jail for a period og time so they no our state means buiness, we need to keep them from being able to do anythng without taking reponsibility. This just frustrates me so much because I know there are mothers out there that are strugling more then i did at one time and need somene to stand up for them. My children were the ones mostly affected by no child support.. As a mother I am only one person but I do have a loud voice!
