Let's make N. Delaware Street in Indianapolis' downtown neighborhoods a "complete street" that matches our wonderful historic neighborhoods rather than just an egress from downtown. We want to reduce speed and accidents and encourage walking and biking. 

According to the Indiana Complete Streets Coalition: 

"Complete streets are designed and operated to enable safe access for all users; pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists, and public transportation users of all ages and abilities are able to safely move along and across a complete street."
