think about it, lore wise, Monroe should really be barefoot. I know this is a controversial opinion within the hunt community but hear me out before you type a comment disagreeing! Monroe is an escapee from a mental institution/ prison. A mental case wouldn’t commonly be given shoes due to the danger presented from shoe laces! So barefoot Monroe thematically would make much more sense than a shoe clad Monroe. It would enhance the lunatic theme that Monroe has going. Monroe’s lunacy theme would also be enhanced purely by walking barefoot through the bayou. Think about it, would you ever walk barefoot through swampy land full of rusty metal, smoldering wood, and zombies? No, you wouldn’t. But crazy Monroe would! These points and many more all lead me to personally believe that Crytek should make Monroe barefoot. I think this would be an amazing change the game could really use as hunt showdown is the only battle Royale that benefits from an amazing immersive atmosphere and theme so adding to it plays into the strengths of the game! Make Monroe barefoot 2022 Crytek!
