My Precious Pluto our family dog of 15 years was killed viciously by another dog on a dog walk. It ripped him apart and my 15 year old son could see his heart. I’m extremely disgusted as the owner just walked away from my 15 year old and left him there to carry his dead bestfriend home. We hope that if we could bring this to parliament and make it a law it would stop anyone else experiencing the trauma my 15 year old has had to endure. 

People around our area are in fear to leave the house, scared constantly that these dogs will get out again and go for a child as they have chased children into fear before.

WE NEED TO ACT NOW. If a dog attacks another dog who did nothing to initiate the attack it should be put to sleep as it is violent and nowhere does it say it won’t attack a child next. If the owner didn’t come 45 seconds later what if it finished with pluto and went for my 15 year old next. I’m disgusted and the police have been no help.
