A small pup was thrown out of the compound  of an apartment in Noida.

The apartment name is Lotus Boulevard and it is in sector 100, Noida (Delhi NCR).

The following message was posted by the caregivers of the apartment on social media (M- 9910062403):

"Hi, this poor puppy was thrown out of the society (lotus bouleverd, sec 100) yesterday, someone threw her bed, her food bowls and her jacket. She's now in front of the society, between the gates and the main road, there are cars everywhere. She's very weak and the gaurds arent letting her in( even if they do, someone will probably throw her out again)"

It's high time the central government now intervened. What is the environment ministry at the centre doing? Environment is not only about trees. The ministery is responsible for both the flaura and fauna of our country

The Animal Welfare Board of India which comes under the environment ministry makes the guidelines for animal welfare and is responsible for the ABC programme in India.

Why does it not send a circular to all the municipal corporations of India which categorically mentions that no RWA or society shall remove or relocate the stray dogs from their area and the only way they can curtail their population is by participating in the ABC programme.  And ask all the municipalities to open Sterilization centres and start the ABC programme.

The stray dogs in India are being  openly relocated and removed from their area and the government both at the centre and the state are absolutely tight lipped.

The small pup is already weak and it's quite cold in north India. Do the people who have thrown her out think that it is only they who feel cold and dogs don't?. They have not only broken the law but also have committed a sin.

But who cares in India. The government of Uttar Pradesh is least bothered about dogs and the injustice being done to the caregivers but what about the  government at the centre?

If they want all this nonsense and absurdity can be stopped in a day.

Why doesn't the government come into action?

The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, the Environment Minister and the Chairman of the Animal Welfare Board of India kindly bring justice to these voiceless souls. Tell the people of India the truth about animal welfare laws and the ABC programme.

Just fail to understand that why are dogs suffering in our country inspite of the animal welfare laws which are in their favour?

What is stopping the government?

Is there lack of political will also at the centre?
