The city of Delhi has become a hub of law offenders and law breakers. No fear of law and no fear of God.
This time again the victim is a mother and her puppies. Three out of four of her babies have been taken away from her and dumped somewhere. The caregiver Ashu (M-9599608097) has been constantly harassed for feeding the dog and her babies by her neighbours. on the night of 23rd october the neighbours fought with her and threatened her with dire consequences and on 24th morning three of her babies disappeared. The mother has been looking for her babies all over. Imagine this voiceless soul cannot even ask anyone for help. She is searching for them and is in trauma.
The dog and her babies are a resident of West Vinod Nagar, E block, Gali number 3.(near Sangam Dairy).
As per animal protection laws a stray dog belongs to the area where he or she is born and no citizen of India has a right to relocate or remover the dog from its place.
Unfortunately every day a dog or small pups are being removed or killed in Delhi in the most inhuman and ghastly manner.
Ashu went to the nearest police station (Mandawali) on 24th night at 11 PM and registered a complaint against the offenders who happen to be her own neighbours.
Let's see what the police does?
Meanwhile the mother is still roaming all over searching for her lost babies.
Ashu is heartbroken and terrified by this ghastly act of her neighbours
The neighbours are probably happy that they have cleaned their area. Now no dog barking and no dog poop and of course no rabies. What a way to handle stray dog population. Unfortunately majority of the population of Delhi are indulging in such acts.
Are these people really at fault?
Had the Delhi government and the MCD created right kind of awareness about rabies and the ABC programme and told every resident of Delhi that this is the only legal and ethical way to control dog population then probably the mother would have been with her babies and Ashu would not have to face so much of mental and emotional trauma.
Incidents of fights between caregivers and other residents of the colonies have become a common sight in the capital city of India.
Why is the Delhi Govt quiet?
Why is it not telling the truth about animal laws to the people of Delhi? Especially the RWAs and the Bahubalis of every colony.
Delhi is not only high in air pollution but also mental pollution.
We need to clean the pollutants from the minds of the people who hate dogs and are taking law into their hands by killing, relocating and harming them.
