Some change.org campaigns cannot achieve their goals due to unfair national geofencing!

Here is how we can improve change.org for the better to help, this is what I am campaigning for:

• Remove all geofencing so when the scope it set to 'Global' , the petition is automatically displayed on international feeds regardless of a user's IP address and currency used to pay for change.org promotional ads, giving the 'global' petition a better chance at winning.

• Scrap the 3-email-per-week limit, allowing creators to email their supporters as often as needed (it's the creator's responsibility to post an update when needed using the platform responsibly). The limit unfairly stops subscribed supporters from receiving urgent emails if momentum stalls.

• When the scope is set to 'Local', the platform should automatically only show the petition to users within a specific city during active promotional advertising (like London, England) so Londoners can have a better chance of their London-based cause winning (although organic signatures can originate from anywhere on Earth if they manually find the Local petition).

• Next to the signature counter, a geographic breakdown of where the signatures MUST be displayed so campaigners do not have to check their CSV spreadsheets to see where their support is coming from.

• For petitions between 100 and 500 signatures, each hundred milestone on the 'petition overview' on a user's dashboard should be acknowledged.

• The total signature count should exclude the creator because the creator, by default, is not a supporter.

• When a victory is declared, the petition overview must not show 'only XXX supporters to the next goal' because the campaign has already won.
