CSV Spreadsheet evidence of change.org's regional restrictions!

I've provided CSV Spreadsheet evidence of change.org's regional restrictions, this is my actual spreadsheet data from one of my old petitions aiming to reform the election system in the United States and I have caught change.org (the petition company) red handed with these regional restrictions!  

https://www.change.org/p/allow-snap-elections-to-be-held-in-the-united-states-for-the-first-tuesday-of-any-month - a direct link to the US election reform with 253 total signatures, 250 of those originate exclusively within the UK, with the remaining three signatures (pictured above) originating from the Aland Islands, Myanmar and Malaysia.

This is wholeheartedly why this petition exists, as it is unfair that change.org provides those regional restrictions which prevents certain campaigns from reaching their goals!
