I can’t even tell you how many times my friends and I have missed the gym due to the RIDICULOUS hours for a gym this big. Even small local gyms I’ve been to are 24 hours. Fitness connection uses COVID-19 as an excuse to minimize cost for the staff needed for a 24 hour gym. All they have to do is install a lock on the door that unlocks with a member bar code, and hire a few extra staff to clean the place up after unstaffed hours. If fitness connection was 24 hours, you wouldn’t have to deal with the stress of changing your schedule to fit in with gym hours—you make your schedule, and the gym would fit in for YOU!
