Here, on the 123rd Memorial Anniversary of Dr Malaku Emmanuel Bayen, the Duly-elected 1st Unit Executive Committee 2023, along with the Constitutional membership propose an International ETHIOPIAN NATION HERO Campaign for the Federation's Organiser, Patron and Founding Brother.

Therefore, the duly-elected National President 2023 proposes a @Change.org Campaign to start the Ethiopian National Hero campaign on the 123rd Anniversary of His Birth.
